"From Gutter To Gallery" Continuation at SLOW Gallery

One of the Brevard Art Museums most talked about exhibits "From Gutter To Gallery" is moving to SLOW Gallery. Exhibiting "graffiti art" in its most artistic form, "From Gutter To Gallery" has had such great response from so many that we have decided to continue the exhibit at SLOW Gallery free of charge and open to all ages. Join us for the opening reception this Saturday September 19th at 8pm. This time around the aerosol masterpieces will be available for purchase and the artists behind the works will be on hand for discussion and will be painting live from 8pm - 9pm. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase limited edition copies of "Miami Graffiti" the book signed by the exhibiting artists, and raffle tickets for their chance to win one of several live painted works of art. Also enjoy exhibiting photographer and DJ, Casey DeCotis, spinning a variety of eclectic music throughout the evening. At midnight stroll down the block to The Firehouse Lounge for the official after party, cocktails, and appetizers. Hope to see you there.

We at SLOW Gallery would like to send thanks and appreciation to all at the Brevard Art Museum for the opportunity to have shown our work. We also would like to credit Florida Today and the Brevard Art Museum for popularizing the "From The Gutter To Gallery Show." One thousand thank you's.

Please forward this to any and all. This exhibit is truly something to behold. Thank you and see you Saturday at 8pm.

Sincerely,
SLOW Gallery

Memories....

So browsing south florida thread on 12oz. i came across this photo (props to whoever took it). This1 and Cynic pieces are behind those big round things, and Me and Slow are on the other side over there. Crome MSG is just past that, [who was goin over some shit of his that had recently got dissed that was running from the mid 90's].

We went out and did this shit a good bit ago. Maybe a year and a half to two years ago. In Miami shit dont run long. Maybe its the location, who knows. Whatever the case its still there. Brings back a million memories. Party at Typoes, Drunk Crome harrassing chicks. Slow ass Slow, Nervous me and This. haha. Didnt even start this until 4 something in the A.M. then Crome just bounced on us. Slow decided to take his sweet time, like really sweet. Before we knew it, it was daylight, and the first train of the day was comming. Lol so much more i could write, but needless to say we got chased, hid for mad long, thought we were caught, and made it out on our feet. Word to sarah palin, we MAVERICKS!
